Short-Term Loans
Our Short Term Loans are ideal for fix and flip, bridge, and rehab projects. Benefit from great rates, quick closes, and in-house construction management support to ensure your project’s success.
• 65-75% of the ARV if there is a rehab component or 90% LTC, whichever is lower.
• Experienced investors with at least 2 completed projects in the last 2 years, we offer 100% funding for SFR 1-4 units.
• Bridge loans must be livable, and we can provide 70-80% of the purchase price.
• Short-term cash out is available up to 50-70% of LTV.
• No minimum credit score required.
• First Time Investors
Long-Term Financing

• Cash out is about 65-80% or 80% rate and term for short, mid, and long-term rentals.

New Construction Loans

• Loans start at $100K
• Minimum credit score of 640 is required.
• Having experience with new builds or an experienced GC as a guarantor is highly beneficial.
